Update eslint-plugin-laws-of-the-game to 1.1.1

## Issue 

A new rule was added in this release `no-unauthorized-global-properties`.

Since the plugin isn't up to date, the customer is seeing `Definition for rule '@br/laws-of-the-game/no-unauthorized-global-properties' was not found` in their PRs.
