-dynamic-too is ignored when using -dynamic

When I add ghc-options: -dynamic to cabal-file and compile with -Werror, I get the following error:

[warn] when making flags consistent: error: [-Werror]
[warn]     -dynamic-too is ignored when using -dynamic

@cblp, thanks for reporting.

I can't find dynamic-too in Stack's own code.

However, Cabal (the library) does make use of -dynamic-too. (There are code comments in https://hackage.haskell.org/package/Cabal-3.14.2.0/src/src/Distribution/Simple/GHC/Build/Modules.hs).

I can't find an existing issue at https://github.com/haskell/cabal/issues that goes directly to your experience. You might raise an issue there. I suppose the question is: why is Cabal itself specifying -dynamic-too when -dynamic has been specified?
