Actions before raising this issue

  • I searched the existing issues and did not find anything similar.
  • I read/searched the docs

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Modify rotated Rectangle Shape
  2. Size intermittently resets to original position at a high frequency.
  3. Repeat modification several times for the box position to set.

Unable to reproduce for non-rotated shapes.

Expected Behavior

Modify the rotated shape, and the position stays

Context

Increased annotation time and frustration among team members.

Environment

- Self hosted CVAT: Server version: 2.30.0, UI version: 2.30.0
- Chrome Version 133.0.6943.143
