Adding specPattern to component test config results in an infinite loop

Current behavior

When adding this to the component test config specPattern: ['**/*.cy.{js,jsx,ts,tsx}', '!**/*.basic.cy.{js,jsx,ts,tsx}'],, cypress will go in an infinite loop when running tests
