`cy.title()` on cypress 15 branch sometimes fails with incorrect error

Current behavior

It looks like this test occasionally fails in CI.

Desired behavior

This test should pass correctly when an error is thrown. Likely the automation client needs a bit more time to compelte a round trip, so increasing the default command timeout on the test is the likely solution
