Current Behavior

Due to incorrect scaling all of most of compass data are lost

magnetic field strength is about 0xEA6 lsb
due to cancelling of low byte most of this data are lost.

Steps to Reproduce

Use RM3100 compass
try to calibrate

Expected behavior

Use all precision that hardware can give.

Additional context

All versions of Inav have this problem.
