Editing app sometimes loses build and run command

When I want to edit my app (e.g. env vars)
It sometimes loses the build and run commands and resets them to the default values

This might be caused by a race condition during loading. Investigating.

I have not been able to reproduce that lately.

Is this still a thing?

For me it was still a thing, happens less though. Might be that I'm not on latest version. will try to check this week

Just validated that it still exists on the latest version (2.4.2).
I loaded my config, then it was fine.
But when I refreshed the page (F5) it loaded the default values
