Why Are you requesting commit access ?

I previously had commit access for several years (pre and post GitHub migration) in which I made a handful of commits. I'm requesting it again as I have begun more upstream LLVM work as prioritized by my employer.

Commit access will make me more efficient in submitting my work upstream myself after approval.
