The env_export/*.yml files are empty, because of that none of the libraries are getting installed to the docker image.

None of the amazon or data science libraries are loaded on container start

In any of the images provided, when the notebooks startup, none of the actual amazon or data science libraries are available. The create_env family of scripts seems to completely fail to install them
