Reverting "--file-exists-behavior" until more thorough testing and

awscli/integration can be completed.

Ensure that pre-defined application bundles use the proper name when

uploading into S3.

Adding support to enable/disable live status output which may be useful

in consoles that do not support this output making the log file more
useful.

Bugfix to ensure that if no application source exists the exit code is
