Database Schema

• Added LiteLLM_HealthCheckTable model to all schema.prisma files
• Includes fields for:
  • id: Unique identifier
  • model_name: Name of the model being checked
  • status: Health check status
  • error_message: Error details for failed checks
  • response_time_ms: Response time in milliseconds
  • created_at: Timestamp of the health check
  • updated_at: Last update timestamp
