E-Mail sending in Pipeline

Hi,
would be great if there would be a Pipeline operation to "Send per E-mail Attachment".
So i could Scan Documents, Remove Blank Pages, OCR ... and send the result to an E-Mail so an Accounting Software who can read from imap could use the result.
