Add wasm cfg feature

General cleanup to fix build

📔 Objective

As of Rust 1.80, the cargo's lint process will now check the expected config names and values. (ref: https://blog.rust-lang.org/2024/05/06/check-cfg/)

This PR adds the wasm feature to the lint options.
