[Bug]: Unable to create pgsql due to the random tick refresh page.

Out of sudden during deploying staging environment, I encountered a bug where it suddenly disabled the initial required input form even before I save or deploy the pgsql.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create new service
2. Select Postgres -> PGVector
3. Wait about 1-4 seconds
4. The initial database input field disabled and page refreshed automatically.

So far i encountered, that the highlighted "Configuration" Button gets muted first, then the highlighted "General" Button gets muted. This happens in every project i open. Additionally and only in the postgres service, the textboxes are refreshing randomly. Other Projects or Services i am using aren't affected with refreshing textboxes.
