[Bug]: Preset "pinning" functionality Broken - Preset Not Applying Consistently when set as standard

What happened?

When "pinning" a preset from the preset panel to become "standard", the preset does not consistently apply to the chat. Clicking a preset from the top bar appears to apply it, but creating a new chat causes the preset to disappear or revert to a regular chat.

1. create preset
2. "pin" preset
3. open new chat
4. observe: the preset is not enabled but should be when "pinned" as standard
