Provision a Nginx server with PHP7.1 and MySQL^5

$ mkdir DIRECTORY
$ cd DIRECTORY
$ vagrant init
$ vagrant box add ubuntu/trusty64

In the same directory create ur Vagrantfile with this content:

Vagrant.configure(2) do |config|
  	config.vm.box = "ubuntu/trusty64"
	config.vm.provision :shell, path: "bootstrap.sh"
	config.vm.network :forwarded_port, guest: 80, host: 8080
	config.ssh.shell = "bash -c 'BASH_ENV=/etc/profile exec bash'"
end

And bootstrap.sh file with the content:

Last one command: vagrant up

After command vagrant up or vagrant provision use this url to access your php7 app from vagrant: http://localhost:8080 or http://127.0.0.1:8080
