Removing low level consumer

In light of arnaud-lb/php-rdkafka#388, it makes sense for us to also remove support for the low level consumer. As stated in the original issue, it is bad practice and leads to a lot of confusion.
This will also make it easier for people coming from other languages to find it more consistent with previous implementations.
