New Board: Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32C6

The board
Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32C3
already exists.

Now there is a C6 variant where the Seed Studio Wiki says, that Arduino is recommended: here

The json file is provided under [https://espressif.github.io/arduino-esp32/package_esp32_index.json] should already include ESP32-C6 chips.

The board is currently listed only for ESPIDF, but it would be great to have Arduino support in PlatformIO.

It has two lines in the Boards, one with both Arduino and Espidf, but it's not working with Arduino:
Error: This board doesn't support arduino framework!

But I also want it, and also esp32-c6-devkitm-1 if it is possible
