Describe the bug (actual behavior)

In the README under Persistent installation there is a link in this sentence:

Please refer to our configuration page to proceed with further app configuration.

That link navigates to a "Page Not Found".

Expected behavior

The configuration link should navigate to a page with configuration instructions.
