Hot reload does not work well in VS 2022

For SimplCommerce, there is an unknown issue with hot reload in VS 2022. But it works very well with dotnet watch

Hi, I did a search on this issue, and I did the following to resolve the issue.
Root cause: Unstable NET 8 SDK.
Remove the VS folder.
Reinstall NET 8 SDK Version 8.0.15.
I tested off IIS - it was very performant.
I tested off of SimpleCommerce.WebHost (the main site) and it worked fine.
I was able to modify the CS code in the AccountController - by adding code.
Choose the line of code and right click and choose Set Next Statement.
Check the Ouput Window for Hot Reload.
I saw that the Output reflected hot reload was working.
I modified the Razor view for Login.
I was prompted at some point if it could restart the app automatically if necessary -
I accepted this prompt.
I was able to modify Razor also after the app was in a certain state.

By checking the Ouput/Hot Reload Window - I was able to see that the Hot Reload was working and the code was performant.
I also noticed that the Fire symbol for Hot Reload would go away and come back as expected.

I tested Hot Reload in mutiple browsers.

Recommend the issue be closed after verification.
