Since tldr tries to be as transparent as possible, I don't see any reason to have the page names be nix3*. Make the page names the same as the command unless there is a collission. If there is a version mismatch but they both use the same command, use a diambiguation. The suffix can be the version number. #16343

I don't think there were disambiguations when I last touched these. All the changes sound good to me.

The ellipsis makes sense for me. Maybe decide wether to put a space in front of it or not, uniformly. Other than that ... crystal-clear: The paths in /nix/store/... start with a (random) hash, so what else would make sense?

Note that I'm rather a Nix newbie, so take my judgement with a grain of salt.

If it's followed by a hash, I think it would be better to have it as /nix/store/{{hash}} and whatever comes after that

The hash always has the same length, apparently. Most files in the directory are so-called derivations (*.drv), there are some other files too (e.g. *.pam, *.tar.gz), otherwise mostly directories that follow the same pattern as the derivation filies.

One thing to consider is that there are many commands with conflicting names if wish to expand, ie nix-store vs nix store which is a subcommand of the nix command.

It seems that subcommands are named with a - between the corresponding command and subcommand. Is there any possible way around this?
