Proposal: pull requests should be squashed

Hi,

I would like to put this up for debate. When I want to catch up on the development of the lib I look at the commits. Right now they are a convoluted mess. It would really help if a new feature/change is just one commit.

What are the opinions?

I agree. I have updated the repository settings to only allow squash commits.
