Provide visibility / actions on open "snippets" in UCM Desktop / UI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As I click through code in UCM Desktop (or Unison Share), I often bring up lots of snippets. After a while, I get very lost.

1. clicking on a snippet you already opened will open a copy at the top
2. there's no way for me to easily see what snippets I've opened
3. there's no easy way for me to clear all snippets
4. there's no way to navigate open snippets

Describe the solution you'd like

1. it'd be nice to just scroll to the previously opened snippet rather than pop to the top
   2/4) it'd be great to have an outline tab or even just a fuzzy finder dialog that comes up with cmd-o that shows open snippets
2. have a "clear all" x button at top right so I can clear.

@matthughes WDYT of the "minimap" feature on Share? Is it that you want a similar thing in ucm-desktop, too? On Share, if you open something that already exists, it also scrolls you to it rather than opening another copy. It also has a "close all" button.

Oh yeah, that minimap / history widget would be great to see on UCM desktop. Even better if I can focus on it with keyboard shortcut.

Cool. On Share, the minimap also has focus by default and the arrow keys skip you to the next definition up or down. Here's a video. Though I think the scroll treatment could be made smoother.

Keyboard commands for moving up and down (arrow keys and j/k), and you can close open definitions with x (holding it works for closing all, but getting something like a shift+x would probably be a good idea).

I think the biggest thing here is scrolling to the newly opened definition. This is meant to work exactly like in Share, so clearly something isn't right.

I'm not 100% convinced of a minimap yet, but I'll definitely implement a "close all definitions" keyboard shortcut.
