key, iv支持二进制序列

背景： 通常在实际项目中，key, iv 是随机的二进制字节序列，例如: enc_key=b 9HdkinIPmHOn2zg= , v=b 837bdd102b15e719 或者为一些带有不可见字符的二进制字节序列。但是当前实现会在_key_iv_check函数中拦截。这里特指python3逻辑 我准备提个mr，支持一下，代码我已经在实际项目中验证过了，你再看看

The length of ciphertext is wrong at some mk

when the mk is 0x111111111111111111111111112233ab the ciphertext is 18bf03806d78c903eab100ef8d92456, is not 128bit long
