Create git tag

Hi,
I'm migrating from https://github.com/marketplace/actions/publish-to-npm
as this npm-publish action seems better
However I'm missing one important feature: automatically creating git tags
Would be great to integrate this in this action

I actually found a way to do this by combining with the create release action
good enough for me
