Hello! I got this error today:

Same here - v3 fails - v3.1.0 seems to be okay.
Started to fail within the last 20 minutes or so.

I am experiencing the same issue in a lot of workflows. But this is non deterministic and sometimes working after a retry.

Getting this aswell.
Tried downloading it running the exact same command locally and I'm getting this:

$ tar -xzf actions-checkout-v3-0-g2541b12.tar.gz

gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file
tar: Child returned status 1
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
