[Bug]: armbian-bsp misses dependency on bc package

What happened?

as discussed in #8143 the armbian-bsp packages miss a dependency on bc

How to reproduce?

sudo apt purge bc
source /etc/update-motd.d/30-armbian-sysinfo
dpkg -S /etc/update-motd.d/30-armbian-sysinfo

Ubuntu 24.04 Noble

not, it's not fixed, only partially fixed. armbian-install still uses bc and thus the dependency is still required.

What about armbian-monitor? It also uses bc. In what package is armbian-monitor shipped? I don't seem to have it on my board anymore.
