Adding Some basic things like what are enums, what is //@ts-ignore,//@ts-nocheck etc.

Also is this cheatsheet's main focus is ts or both ts and react ? , cause if it's both react and ts then I think there should be different category for react-native.

Hey! The scope of this project is React+TypeScript. React Native+TypeScript could be documented in another project. Since enums, ts-ignore etc are not related to React, those things can be looked up in the official TypeScript documentation.
