Reason: This package is deleted forever.

Reason: This package has been moved to DESMG-FileCrypt (github.com/jyxjjj/goprojects/DESMG-FileCrypt)

Additional:

• I noticed the DESMG-FileCrypt (github.com/jyxjjj/goprojects/DESMG-FileCrypt) is using lowercase URL goprojects instead of GoProjects, is that normal?

• These 3 packages are a full program as a tool, may cannot be used as a package, is it normal to be included?

• I think it's unusual to be able to just hide something instead of permanently deleting it. Is there any understandable reason why?

The module proxy is an immutable store, for security reasons. https://go.dev/blog/supply-chain#version-contents-never-change
