What did you do?

syscall.SetsockoptInt(fd, syscall.SOL_IP, syscall.IP_TRANSPARENT, 1)

What did you see happen?

Code above returns error "operation not supported" when running as a container process in Ubuntu 22.04 (kernel 5.15.0-56-generic).

What did you expect to see?

The error disappear after upgrading Ubuntu to 24.04 (kernel 6.8.0-63-generic) or downgrading go to 1.23.10.
