azd down deletes also other resources in RG not just the ones created with azd up

Motivation

It would be good, if azd down would just delete the resources created with azd up not the complete RG that was used with azd up. This is helpful if customers use existing RGs for security reasons.

How would you feel if this feature request was implemented?
