Unable to link azure foundry

Error type: Error
Error Message: Failed to create cognitive services account, HTTP Code 409, Error {"error":{"code":"ReadOnlyDisabledSubscription","message":"The subscription 'redacted:id' is disabled and therefore marked as read only. You cannot perform any write actions on this subscription until it is re-enabled."}}

Also, I’d appreciate some clarification on your question. When you say you're unable to link to Azure Foundry, do you mean that the button in the VS Code error notification dialog doesn’t redirect you to the Foundry portal?
