Repro steps:

Action: azure-ai-foundry.commandPalette.createProject
Error type: AuthorizationFailed
Error Message: The client redacted:email with object id 'redacted:id' does not have authorization to perform action 'Microsoft.Resources/subscriptions/resourcegroups/write' over scope '/subscriptions/redacted:id/resourcegroups/RG0620' or the scope is invalid. If access was recently granted, please refresh your credentials.
