Cost management export was enabled, data is coming, but looks like the report itself is not working.

I had the same problem. In my case, after upgrading, these two triggers were stopped in datafactory

msexports_ManifestAdded
ingestion_ManifestAdded

After we start them and rerun the export, everything works fine

I am going to.

@flanakin I am a bit confusing which container should be used for cost exporting? Not clear from the docs.
Now we do use ingestion with actual data (based on timestamps and size) but msexports container is empty .
