Re-enable Debug Feature Tests in playground CI checks

Problem Description

Currently, JS debugging is broken in the 7/1 integration - described here - so the Debug Feature Tests which involve attaching a debugger to playground have temporarily been removed. This issue tracks re-enabling them once direct debugging is in a more healthy state.
