Problem Description

Border Radius Does Not Update Until View Changes Size

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a View with height and width.
2. Change border radius. Observe radius does not change.
3. Change View width. Border radius now updates.

Expected Results

Border radius should immediately update for control after file is saved.
