Ability to choose which extensions to install while installing an extension with packed extensions

The current behavior of automatically installing optional dependencies or plugins from Development Container Features without explicit user consent poses potential security risks.
Add a configuration option (e.g., "extensions.autoInstall": "none") to disable all automatic plugin installations, including optional dependencies and Development Container Features. Users should explicitly approve installations via a prompt or manually enable this functionality in settings.

The problem is not automatic updates, but when I install a plugin, it automatically installs plugins that I don't want. When I install the ms-python.vscode-pylance plugin, I get three, even if I don't need the other two at all. I also installed unwanted plugins when using Development Container Features . I think it should be up to the user to control whether optional plugins are installed instead of automatic installation.

It is because ms-python.vscode-pylance extensions depends on Python extension, hence it is installed automatically

But what I installed was a Python plugin, not ms-python-vscode-pyrance, and all I wanted was a standalone Python plugin, not a bundle.In fact, I can install Python plugins and remove additional plugins, and it can still run. What I want is to be able to refuse installation before installation instead of deleting it after installation.

This is the packaging decision of the Python extension. Hence moving this to Python repo.
