How to fix certificate issue in VSCode mcp client when connecting to a remote mcp server?

I tried all these flags to be enabled but the error still persists

    "win-ca.inject": "append",
    "http.experimental.systemCertificatesV2": true,
    "http.proxyStrictSSL": false

In the mcp inspector, when I set the flag NODE_TLS_REJECT_UNAUTHORIZED=0 connection was established.
