Ask Copilot/Copilot editor - cannot remove

• OS Version: Win11

Steps to Reproduce:

Right click on code window displays Copilot

Cannot remove this option - I have unchecked all copilot and AI settings in Preferences

There is a way to remove that menu item and some other things, hidden behind a command instead of being an option in the settings.

CTRL+SHIFT+P -> "Hide Copilot"
Execute command.
Pops up a dialog telling you it's going to disable all of it if you confirm it.
Confirm it.

I suggest upvoting that issue (#237819 (comment)), however this was the last straw of playing catch with Crapilot for me so I just switched to VSCodium.
