cancel button not working after using cloud button

Testing #253045

• wrote a prompt
• submitted via the cloud button
• it asked me if I wanted to include my current changes in the request (I guess the local changes I have that I haven't pushed yet? but might be nice to clarify this)
• it then popped up a terminal to do it but I don't have my linux machine set up right so it returns an error "unable to auto-detect email address" which is fatal
• the chat is still spinning / loading (there might have been a popup which I canceled but I can't remember now)
• 🐛 clicking the "stop" icon does not work, chat keeps spinning

i reloaded the page and now it shows "push state to coding agent" as successful (with the checkmark) when it was canceled / unable to work

I think i should be hiding that stop button since it isn't wired up to stop the right thing

It popped up the terminal but didn't let you perform the commit? That terminal should wait until the dirty changes have been committed - giving you as long as needed to perform the commit manually.

That said this also sounds like a bit of a edge case - it assumes the user's dev environment is not set up to use git (yet they're working in a version controlled project)
