Getting ""Sorry, the response was filtered by the Responsible AI Service" error on many simple prompts

Steps to Reproduce:

Give a simple prompt to the Github Copilot extension e.g. "Implement the "Reschedule" option. When this option is selected, display a date and time selector for the user"
2. Give several such prompts, many of them results in an error saying "Sorry, the response was filtered by the Responsible AI Service. Please rephrase your prompt and try again."
