trying to bind ctrl+shift+u doesn't work, 'u' is described as "keyincomposition"

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Press ctrl+shift+p
2. Type "Keyboard shortcuts" in window
3. Select "Preferences: Keyboard shortcuts"
4. Choose any command, for example "cursorDown" and bind Ctrl+Shift+u to it
5. instead of ctrl+shift+u it says ctrl+shift+keyincomposition
6. Open another window, press ctrl+shift+u
7. "u" is pasted, pressing ctrl+z does not remove it

See video. I press Ctrl+shift+u, and then press ctrl+z, but it doesn't remove it.

Looks like pressing Ctrl+shift+u at any moment causes this bug. Pressing ctrl+z afterwards, doesn't remove it.
