Editing or creating files doesn't work

Type: Bug

Prompt copilot to create a new file (or it frequently tries to by itself). It lists a file name, but then it just spins, not creating any visible output. If you click on the filename, vscode says it can't find the file.

If it tries to edit a file, the same thing happens.
