Deeplinking from Coding Agent back into VS Code

There should be a deep link 'Review in VS Code' that checks out the branch with the changes for the task in VS Code. Alternative (that I prefer) is VS Code connecting to the same container (same as we do it for Codespaces) and you continue the chat from there.
