Request fails due to mandatory temperature parameter

Getting this error when trying to use azure o4-mini model:

Sorry, your request failed. Please try again. Request id: fcf256fd-c2a4-44e3-b709-f68f6e7c71a3

Reason: Request Failed: 400 { "error": { "message": "Unsupported value: 'temperature' does not support 0.1 with this model. Only the default > (1) value is supported.", "type": "invalid_request_error", "param": "temperature", "code": "unsupported_value" } }

What I tried:
Tried to set "github.copilot.chat.advanced.agent.temperature": "1" in settings.json, apparently this is not working as well.
