Powershell terminal goes blanc and unresponsive for no reason

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No
It is a terminal bug so I can try it but doubt it will change much.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. open Vs code and sometimes the terminal for "powershell" goes blank and will NOT show anything or do anything. To solve it open a new one and after some time that one might go blank too but not a guarantee.
2. rebote VS code but not a 100% solution.

NOT the same issue as the tagg #254455 as this will ONLY affect "powershell" for me NOT the CMD or Git bash that I have.

It is also not a guarantee to repeat. The other ticket seems to be related to all. If you consider it the same problem then sure I just want to be sure you are not closing it wit a tag just because it seams similar.

If you see this on v1.102 Insiders or later, please open the devtools console (Help > Toggle Developer Tools) and check the console for exceptions.

There is no errors defined as exceptions. there is no tags under error.
