Read Notebook cell output not found when searching for `notebook` tools

I had to try a few times as I honestly thought something was wrong.
Perhaps we might want to include the word notebook in the description.

Looking at the title its not obvious that we're referring to notebook cells here.
Also when searching for notebook related tools I'd prefer to see readCellOutput as one of the tools
