Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When reviewing PRs through this extension, each comment is sent as if it I had clicked "add comment now" on the bitbucket web GUI. This triggers huge numbers of emails and other alerts being sent to watchers and also cloggs up the activity log on the bitbucket PR review web GUI.

Describe the solution you'd like
Would it be possible to replicate the "start review", "end review" batching capability that the web-GUI has so that I can send my comments in batches?

I now love reviewing my pull requests directly in VSCode and really miss this feature compared to the browser interface. My colleagues would also be very happy not to be bombarded with emails from individual comments.
