Implements a robust preferences system using IndexedDB to persist user settings:

• Add indexeddb.ts utility with:

  • Type-safe operations for storing/retrieving preferences
  • Error handling and initialization tracking
  • Support for future preference types

• Add usePreferences composable for:

  • Managing preferences state reactively
  • Handling client-side initialization
  • Providing type-safe update methods

• Update links component to:

  • Save sorting preferences to IndexedDB
  • Restore sorting preferences on page load
  • Watch for preference changes

This change ensures link sorting preferences persist between page refreshes and browser sessions, improving user experience by remembering their preferred way to view links.
