It looks like GA made some changes to the JS on 17th Feb and this script in the current form no longer works.
It alters one GA with an incomplete record and makes it unusable so maybe worth considering ...

I tried to add DataUnlocker script to Nextjs project.
So instead of adding the script to .html file as your tutorial, it should be added in _document.js of Nextjs project.

The IP override works fine on Google Analytics but not on GA4. All hits are shown from the server IP.

Files like www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js return cache-control: private, max-age=900.
I suggest modifying it to public as it should be safe and will save a lot of load on the servers, what do you think? ...
